what can be the possible peaceful solutions of my life problems

beacuse of every day quarrel between my wife and my parents i did another marry with another girl in 2016.and my first wife went back to her parents house . and the custody of three children was with me . but this deed was the biggest mistake of my life as per my experience of last two years my second wife used to beat my childrens because of this we started fighting everyday one time after one eleven months she went back to her home in pregnancy and i went to saudi arabia with disturbed mind . seing my childrens better upbringing i tried to contact my first wife and wished to come again with me . she was also wishing the same . during my stay in saudi . second wife became very agressive by nature and started forcing me for divorce i said wait for my coming to india.ow i m in india but she refused to divorce .ow my first wife is with me and i really want to get ride of her .having one child with her she is Threaten me for court case .m happy with my first wife plz help me wat 2 do
on the above-mentioned query please note down that if the first wife is alive and be with you without any past judicial separation or divorce , then the second marriage is not valid. the second marriage is null and void without judicial separation or divorce.
so, please file a plaint under section 482 of criminal procedure code in the concerned high court against the second marriage. and don't forget that the above mentioned petition be filed by your first wife.

if you're a Hindu then this marriage is void she can file a forgery case if she was not aware about your first marriage or your in-laws if it's a registered marriage as u work abroad unless if you're a Muslim then Muslim law will apply in your case do consult a better lawyer and along with papers u feel like that will help you in any way to sort this matter.
