What are the ways for a women to get contested divorce

How are possibilities for a women to get divorce from a man though her husband doesnt agrees to provide divorce. After appearing for 3hearings court has ordered that inspite of their wish they have to live together for 3months so after that whether the women can get divorce and marry a another man?. One more thing her husband knows that after getting divorce she is going to live with another man so he is not agreeing for divorce.
Court won't compel any one to leave with other spouse. If you filed divorce petition, it will normally postef for conciliation proceedings. If conciliation fails, case will remand to court and trial process will start. Granting divorce will based on your pleadings and evidence before court. Even If your husband objected for divorce, if sufficient evidence before court to grant divorce in your favor, court will grant it.

Hello Madam,
Even when the husband doesn't agree for a divorce, if the wife has proper grounds to apply for a divorce she can very well apply and obtain divorce from the husband. A woman/man have every right to remarry after they get divorce. The Court will not force anyone to live together for a certain period on a trial basis. The 6 months mandatory period in mutual divorce is look for opportunities of a reunion.
