What are the roles and responsibilities of a wife according to law in Hindu marriage act. As all laws are made in favour of women they are misusing them to do whatever they want to do. According to law we can't ask her to do anything if she don't want to do. According to law we can't evict her as it comes under domestic violence so she will stay in our house, ask for maintenance do not follow our customs and can talk to anyone. Is there any law that can sustain women's doing so.

There are certain legal remedies which u can avail which includes domestic violence complaint against your spouse by your parents. You may further file for divorce on the ground of cruelty.

this can be put under cruelty towards you. it can also be ground for divorce. but nothing can stop her to ask for maintenance as it is her right under hindu marriage act. but yes her such acts can be treated as grounds for divorce.
