What are the Document showing initiation of Divorce

I am an Indian and married a Canadian citizen in Canada, I left the marital home in Dec 2016 after 5 months of marriage, and since have been residing with my parents in India. I have a Separation Affidavit but am now being asked to provide a Divorce Cert/Order/Documentation showing initiation of divorce proccess. It has only been 8 months since we separated, and it is going to be a contested divorce when that happens - as none of us are on talking terms and I plan to recover my damages. What sort of documentation would be required to show initiation of Divorce? What is the quickest way to get the same, as I have only one week's time to make it available to Immigration authorities.
For intiation of divorce proceedings you have to file divorce proceedings in court now that you married him as per Hindu ? Religion you at India you can file proceedings here is n India and if you wish to file in Canada go to Canada and file divorce claim damages as per the Canadian law.

You need to advise the immigration for the documents pertaining to initiation of Divorce process. If that is with respect to Canadian law then you need to approach a suitable Canadian Law officer who can guide you. From the question whomsoever i.e. your wife or yourself who has contested for the divorce will have the documents for intiation of divorce proceedings. If your wife has it then ask a copy of the documents and submit to the immigration.
