What are my rights if I have been cheated by my wife and I wanna divor

Twelve years of marriage life she always stay with her parents many times we try to fix marriage life but she is staying with her parents since six years she had illigal relationship with another man now she filed maintenance case against me in court what I can do

You should file a divorce case on the grounds of cruelty and adultery. If you can prove the adultery, your chances of winning the case are very high. For defending maintenance case, we need to talk. you may consult me.

If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. First of all you should contest the maintenance case filed by her giving all facts about desertion by your wife. If she is qualified and earning good then you can avoid giving maintenance to her with court's order.
