What all things am I eligible to claim in Mutual Divorce?

07-Jul-2024 (In Divorce Law)
In a property co-owned by us, if husband is agreeing to pay only 30% share (based on my initial investment) of current property value after deducting balance loan amount then am I not eligible to claim marriage expenses incurred by my family? Also is it practically correct for him to return all furnitures, gifts, utensils etc used by him and in-laws for the past 10 years and then returning me back and not the equivalent value??

Actually in mutual divorce , terms & conditions are agreed in consensus, if you opt to file divorce one sided 13(1), alimony shall be considered as per total assets, movable and non movable property belongs to your husbabd. I will suggest negotiating as much as possible in mutual consent signing draft .

dear client as mutual divorce is only filed when amicably both the parties agree to certain points and then both file a petition for divorce with joint affidavit if he agrees to fulfill the requirements you have given it's better to get it settled if you are a working woman you can easily get it by your own as you can ask your advocate to put the details and demands you are seeking for as he must be aware about the affidavit he must have filed before the court of his savings and investment if you know about them you can discuss about this with a competent advocate for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
