What alimony is sufficient when husband is earning a good amount

My husband earns 2lakhs per month but in mutual he is ready to pay only 10lakh as lumpsum. He is sighting his own responsibility towards his parents. And now it is becoming mental pressure.. It's been years it's dragging. Should I take 10lakhs and end it for peace

hello good morning my name is Vivek Mishra well I have gone through you query will according to this don't take any kind of of lump sum amount from husband because it will not be beneficial for you then that is not too much amount because in 10 lakh you can't able to survive your life for more discussion contact me

you did not tell in your problem whether you have file a case of maintenance in section 125 CrPC against husband to take lump sum amount from your husband you will have to prove the source of his income in the court only then you can ask for maximum money from his otherwise the court will according to his own and case of fact

Hi, I have seen your query carefully and found that your husband is willing to pay only Rs. 10,00,000/- regarding lump sum amount of alimony inspite of handsome salary of Rs. 24,00,000/- per Annual. I am of opinion that the amount of permanent alimony of Rs. 10,00,000/- is very much less in comparison of the Annual salary of your husband. you should consult with me before finalizing the deal with your husband. you can get more amount of alimony from your husband. you can call me or contact me for detailed discussion.
