We were married 20 days and we need divorse
20-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
We got married on 09/10/2019 on occasion of Diwali 27/10/2019 we went there our differeces araise on that day she told me that I am not going to have children as i have gync problem and there will be no sexual life and she send me text messages.
How can i file a case and i need divorse dur to her attitude.

in law, a divorce petition can be filed only after 12 months from date of marriage on grounds of non consummation of marriage, inability to beget children etc.
however courts do under exceptional circumstances admit divorce petitions if filed before 12 months of marriage. but divorce decree will be granted only after 12 months from date of marriage
