We want to send notice but address not known

My brother is good, but her wife because of her ego she left my brother. nMy brothers wife went to her mothers home but not returning to my brother, mit's already 3 and half yrs now she went, we don't know her present address to send notice too. My another brother and his wife spoke to her on phone to come but she denied and telling that if we want take divorce too. Wht should we do? We tried many ways to bring her back. Plz guide us.

You can send her notice on last residing place address. After sending notice to her you can file application in the court for getting divorce. After filing application for Divorce court can allow divorce

you can file restitution of conjugal right under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for taking her back if you know this is not serve then you can make a Publication by which you can get remedy sending her notice there are alternate options if this is not send are received by parties otherwise if you don't want to continue marital relation then you can file a divorce and if she does not appear in it get ex Parte order

Well, record her conversation and your Brother may get married again with the permission of the Court. Court will understand your Brother's position and allow him to marry, since wife is not interested to come and give Divorce

If you know the last known address, you can file the divorce and then the court can send summon on her whatsappand then get the court order for paper publication and obtain for the divorce decree. hope this helped you
