We are staying away for last 9 years. Now she is trying to rejoin me

My wife filed 498 in 2011, mc in 2013 and property saperation in 2014. 498 closed. Mc also closed because she is working.property partion closed with 1/6 my assets. My daughter is regularly coming to.my home. Now my wife also want to come join. Only for money sake. I am finacially better. She left me when I was struggling for money. Now she want to come. Now what kind action I should take against this. Can I apply for divorce now
yes you can take divorce and also mentioned that is pending case before any Court of law and what do you have decided now and what do you think about your daughter and have you to Filed any petition or not
