If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then rather dragging your relationship it’s better to file for divorce against her on cruelty grounds. But it’s better to go for mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in max of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If she does not have source of income to maintain herself, then you are liable to pay her. However there is no strict jacket formula for deciding the amount. It depends upon various factors, however the most crucial is her survival. For any better clarification please feel free to contact. Thanks

you will have to pay for her and your son's maintenance but if she has resources then the amount would depend upon your standing and worth. It's always a subjective thing to be decided by the court in accordance with all the facts.
