Wantted divorce because my wife torchur my oldage father and mother

Sir, im a railway group d employe and only one son my father and mother tottly dependent on me but my wife and her family torchur them and force to me leave them from home after my protest they case 125 and demand lots of mony. What can i do?
you can file a divorce case again same and also write a complaint that your voice is torturing your old table and for that reason want a separation your wife and à aaaaaaaaaaaaassasaaà aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssa

In my opinion if your wife agreed for divorce then file mutual consent divorce .
Otherwise you can file a case under section 9 of the Hindu Marraige Act, for restitution of conjugal rights and if the RCR decree passed by the court is in your favour then you can file contested divorce.
And lodge a General Diary to the local police station.
But without detail discussion proper consult is not possible.
