I Want to file a defamation case against my bhabhi for falsely implicating my name in DV & Dowry case filed by her against my brother & parents

Yes, you can certainly file either a Criminal Defamation Case or Civil Defamation Suit in the concerned Court of your area which also depends upon the monetary value of the suit. If Statements given by your Bhabhi are utterly false without any evidence, then by filing Defamation, you can seek heavy compensation.

if there is no ground at all for your inclusion in the dv case and prima facie it is clear that allegations against you are false and fabricated and made with the intention of falsely implicating you, then you can definitely proceed with defamation case.

You want to file defamation as against allegations specifically mentioned against you or you want to file defamation for the allegations levelled against all of you in DV case? First you will have to get the DV proceeding decided at the lower court or to get it quashed by the high court.
