I WANTED WANTED TO GET DIVORCE FROM MY HUSBAND BUT HE IS DENIED MANY TIMES. I HAVE BEEN WTH HIM FROM LAST SIX YEARS AND IN THIS BETWEEN I WAS ALONE LIVING WITH MY CHILD WHOSE AGE WAS THAT TIME WAS THREE YEARS. AND HE DID NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO ME AND NO ONE FROM MY FAMILY OR HIS FAMILY CONTACTED ME FOR HELP. I WAS TOTAL ALONE BY THAT TIME. AND HE OFTEN CAME AND TORTURED ME MENTAKLLY AND PHYSICALLY IN HORRIBLE WAY. SO I SCARED OF HIM. JUST ONE YEAR BEFORE I STARTED TO WORK IN DATING APPLICATION AND MET ONE PERSON AND WE FELL IN LOVE TO EACH OTHER FROM THE STARTING DAY. AND NOW THIS PERSON IS READY TO MARRY ME AND TAKE CARE OF ME FOR MY REST OF MY LIFE. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN MY HUSBAND CAME TO KNOW THIS MATTER HE THREATENED ME EVEN HIS ELDER BROTHER ALSO DID THE SAME TO ME WHEN THEY FORCEFULLY TOOK ME TO THEIR OWN HOUSE IN THEIR VILLAGE IN UP. SO PLEASE GIVE ME SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE SO THAT I CAN GET JUSTICE OR DIVORCE FROM MY HUSBAND AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS.

1. You can file divorce Along with that you have right for maintenance if your husband doesnt know about your person you are in relation with. 2. You can also file domestic violence against your husband and his family. The grounds for divorce will be cruelty if he is not ready for mutual divorce.

You need to hire an expert advocate for this case. Bcoz you can’t marry thr person whom you love until u get divorce. We need to file suit for divorce if your so called husband isn’t ready to give u divorce ..! Plz b in touch

Mam, You can file a Petition of divorce on the basis of cruelty physical and mental both which bas been inflicted upon you by your husband. This will be a contested divorce. So you can file this anytime as per the jurisdiction.

No body can force you. Not even your husband. You can file a case for divorce & get seperated. Before that - you can also file a case for Judicial Seperation so that your husband will not be able to force you to go back to him. Also, after divorce you can get settled with anyone of your choice.
