Q: Any legal situation after consensual intimacy ?

I am a delhi based business man. couple of weeks age I went to a resort along with a few friends.There I got into a situation,where I get involved in physical intimacy with on of my friends wife.It was purely consensual. Some how the lady feel guilty and confesses to her husband.He is now threatening me to drag me tho the court and damage my business.Just I want to know is there any legal situation can occur here as we both consent for it?

Q: My husband is not interested in living together

My husband is controlled by his father. He don't allow me in his house. We lived separately for few months nearby. But on every pretext he keeps on calling him, my husband used to go and stay with him. I was all alone with 1 year old baby. I am working also. So it was getting very difficult. We had fights, now my husband is dissolving that rented house and saying that I can't come to the house where he is living currently. I am living with my parents and baby. I don't know what to do and how to proceed, he never do anything for me and my baby. His father treats him like a teenager and he don't want to see him, getting close to me and my son. I am doing all expenses alone and raising my son with my parents support. Please suggest me how should I proceed?

I WANTED WANTED TO GET DIVORCE FROM MY HUSBAND BUT HE IS DENIED MANY TIMES. I HAVE BEEN WTH HIM FROM LAST SIX YEARS AND IN THIS BETWEEN I WAS ALONE LIVING WITH MY CHILD WHOSE AGE WAS THAT TIME WAS THREE YEARS. AND HE DID NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO ME AND NO ONE FROM MY FAMILY OR HIS FAMILY CONTACTED ME FOR HELP. I WAS TOTAL ALONE BY THAT TIME. AND HE OFTEN CAME AND TORTURED ME MENTAKLLY AND PHYSICALLY IN HORRIBLE WAY. SO I SCARED OF HIM. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN MY HUSBAND CAME TO KNOW THIS MATTER HE THREATENED ME EVEN HIS ELDER BROTHER ALSO DID THE SAME TO ME WHEN THEY FORCEFULLY TOOK ME TO THEIR OWN HOUSE IN THEIR VILLAGE IN UP. Q: help in matrimonial issue between husband and wife

I am married from last 3 years. After a year of love affair we got married. It's the 2nd marriage for her  and she is 10 years older than me as well. She has twin kids and both are studying in class 11th in Dehradun. Initially it was difficult to convince the kids about our marriage, but after a lot of effort we were able to convince them and my family as well.As a man I wanted to be a father of my own kid. We discussed about it. Consulted a doctor as she is 43, and I personally don't wanna take any risk on her health. Medically we both are fit to be parents according to the doctor.Last year she conceived. We were very happy and planning our life ahead. But suddenly things got messy. She did an abortion with out my knowledge.We get into fights for this.When we talk about this she comes up with these two points.-What the society will say or think about us?-What our kids will think as they are almost in the adolescence phase?nI am reaching out for any suggestion or help from law prospe
