Wanted to file Maintenance Case against my husband

We have got separated for 2 years and we planned for going mutual divoce but he is neglecting and taking it very normal its been 8 months since he is ignoring, when ever I ask he says i dont have money for Mutual divorce, He is and alcoholic has own house and good job now he is ignoring and demanding me for take him home and look after him

From whatever you have written it appears that you do not have children from this marriage, and that you are not having a income of your own. In such case you have some legal ways to get a separation and in the main time maintenance from him.

Dear Madam, If husband is irresponsible you may file multiple cases so that he will be arrested and put behind the bars. He will learn a lesson and come for mutual divorce with alimony for which you are entitled.
