want way out on marriage as its not going anywhere

Me & wife have lot of difference of opinion no love, attraction &constant fights.Wife &mom fights and have gone to level of slaps and foul language (from both the ends), earlier wife had spied on my mom phone to record calls between me & mom in which mom complained bout her, took screenshots of brother and my chats about her in which we gave her bit bad words but her behavior was responsible for it and they have that as records We were also wrong no doubt but never had any bad intentions as she is fighter girl,habit of taking revenge for which she she did this recording as informed by her brother and police person of collecting proofs,(now also might b our phones are hacked), she gets angry fast and tried to commit suicide 2time recent is mar20 ,she has hit me 4 time in stomch by leg,she alawys wants to leave me but i convince her it will work, before lockdown she went to her massi home and still fight from there,how should i behave when she comes i want to divorce her
