Kya Wife hubby ke against case file kr sakti hai. Unhone cheating ki aur unki dyalisis ho rhi hai. Wife divorce lena chahti hai but hubby divorce dene ke liye ready nahi. Kya aisa koi procedure hai ki direct judge se baat krke 420 ke behalf pr wife ko divorce mil jaaye. Sab proof bhi hai jo uske hubby aur uski family ne cheat kiya hai ladki waalo ke saath. Kya kre ladki?
Hello yes wife can file divorce agar husband ya uske parivar valo ne koi gambhir bimari shadi ke waqt chupai ho, bimari shadi se pehle ho. wife can file divorce in the family court. you can directly file the divorce case in the family court and also file police complaint for 420 IPC and breach of trust
