Q: Speed up divorce without any alumni to get rid of harassment.

It's for my sister whose case filed about 2 years back but still it's under process. We do not require any alumni or anything just want to wind from this harassment

You can opt for mutual divorce. Then all will wind up within 6 months.Request court to send matter in mediation and then ask for mutual divorce. Court will try to mediate between both the parties to wind up all proceedings.

Q: Wife not agree to live with my parents.

Dear sir madam, my name is jitender from panchkula. In the year of 2013, my marriage was happened in Himachal pradesh. From the date of marriage I am doing compromise with my marriage life. My wife is not agree to live with my parents. My parents are depend on me. I am working in a reputed FMCG company. I have two childrens. One is 6 years and 2nd is only two days. My wife's parents are supported to him. Due to this my wife went thier parents house with both childrens. I had already request to her that pls live my parents peacefully. But she deny my all requests. Main culprit are her parents. I want my childrens. So i request to pls suggest on the same.

First clear yourself what u want.... You want to continue with relation then you can file sec. 9 petition and if u want to get separated then u can file divorce case... But in both conditions, prepare yourself to maintenance to her...

Kya Wife hubby ke against case file kr sakti hai. Unhone cheating ki aur unki dyalisis ho rhi hai. Wife divorce lena chahti hai but hubby divorce dene ke liye ready nahi. Kya aisa koi procedure hai ki direct judge se baat krke 420 ke behalf pr wife ko divorce mil jaaye. Sab proof bhi hai jo uske hubby aur uski family ne cheat kiya hai ladki waalo ke saath. For getting divorce you must have to file divorce petition. And if you have all relevant documents/evidence showing the fraud done by husband Nd his family then court will consider that too.... And after considering the relevant evidence couet will grant divorce.

Money recovery of amount 2.30 lacs. I have given money to a company friend 8 monyhs back. He was supose to pay back 2 month back. but now, he is not giving my money also not picking my phone call. I have all proof of transferred amount in his bank account. All transaction screen shot i have taken. I need to recover money from him (2.30 lacs ). Yes, you can file recovery suit on the basis of documents and bank record available with you. But for recovery suit you have to give court fees. If you are ready to give then you will get your money along with intrest.
