Want to take divorce from my wife as she is having extra marital affa

I got married in april 2019, and my wife is having extramarital affairs so i want divorce from her, so is it possible to get divorced on this basis
Hello you can file divorce under Hindu marriage act on the grounds of cruelty and adultery in the Family Court if your District. However to prove the extramarital affair contents of the evidence will play important role as it will also amount to mental cruelty.

any picture, videos or any chat which proof that she is in affair.
you can file a divorce case and you can also do many things but don't let her know that you are doing so if she consult with any advocate you might get into trouble.
