you can file the case under section IPC of 376 (2) (N) in the police station and describe each instances to the Police officer. the complaint should be in written format to the women cell at your nearest place

Q: I have given ₹ 2.20 lacs as financial help to my known.

I have given₹2.20 lacs to my as financial help to my known friend in cash an different time gap say 6 months . When I asked for my money ,he transferred in my account ₹ 1 lac in September and ₹1 lac in October . Exactly after one day before 3 years he filed the suit in court. He deposited court fee after 3 years and one day. Here my problem is I have give cash , but he has transferred the money in my account. Can it be treated as loan in the eyes of law. I have not taken any loan from him.

do you have any prooff you have given 2 lacs rupees to your friend. any whatspp chat any communication on mail any recording or any other witness or proof which can proof that 2,00,000 rupees recieved by you was the money to gave him

Q: I am married in 13 december 2018. But my marrige is not registered.

My marriage is not registered so how can i get a divorce.

marriage certificate is not necessary to get the divorce. you can file the petition under section 13 A and 13b i.e contested and mutual respectively . You just need the photographs of the marriage and the petition can be filled

I have done FIR IPC 376 nd his bail dismissed from the high court but now the boy wants to get married from victim so can he get bail If yes so, what is the procedure?? Is it possible...

file the affidavit on behalf of the victim on the date of argument of the bail application the high court will record the statement of the victim this way he will get the bail you can also file the quashing petition in the Honble High Court
