you can file the case under section IPC of 376 (2) (N) in the police station and describe each instances to the Police officer. the complaint should be in written format to the women cell at your nearest place

Q: I am married in 13 december 2018. But my marrige is not registered.

My marriage is not registered so how can i get a divorce.

marriage certificate is not necessary to get the divorce. you can file the petition under section 13 A and 13b i.e contested and mutual respectively . You just need the photographs of the marriage and the petition can be filled

file the affidavit on behalf of the victim on the date of argument of the bail application the high court will record the statement of the victim this way he will get the bail you can also file the quashing petition in the Honble High Court

Q: Harrassment & blackmail by a person who forced me to pay him money in

As intimated above,I used to help a Facebook friend with financial & moral support. This friend lost her mother & brother & was alone.Her maternal uncle eyed her land asset & asked her for the documents in return of some financial help he had rendered her & coerced her for a suicide.Earlier this mama stole her WhatsApp conversation with me.The girl died leaving a note purportedly naming me for her act of suicide.Tha fact is that I never saw,spoke or met this girl.Mama found me a good scapegoat & lodged complaint with Inspector. Police threatened me a lot & abused position to threaten, intimidate & blackmail me.I parted with lot of money as per Inspector calls & WhatsApp messages.

if any suicide note is found against you then inspector can register FIR against you and if they demanded money from you can record aur save any conversation related to demanding of money and for any advice you can free to contact me
