Want to need suggestions regarding domestic violence abusive language

I want some suggestions regarding as I get married on 20 feb 2022. My marriage gets fixed on 28 August, in this time gap my husband made physical relationship with me after that he demands for a 80 lakhs marriage. My brother denies but I request everyone for marriage. Now after marriage he stills taunts me and my parents for dowry and use abusive words whenever he talked to me. He stays away from me and now demanding for divorce. But now my parents doesn't have enough money that they remarriage me. What should I do? Iam helpless.
Don’t feel helpless. If your husband’s behaviour is intolerable towards you then you can always file for DV and claim your monthly maintenance and lump sum alimony also or you can always go under 125 CrPC. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Taunting and asking for dowry tantamount to cruelty and domestic violence. You can file a complaint under the domestic violence act and also under sectio 498 A of IPC. Further you may seek maintenance by filing a petition or can seek divorce on the ground of cruelty
