I want to divorce .Kindly let me know what procedure and all details require to file a divorce in court.
the procedure for divorce depends on 2 factors
1. firstly whether you want mutual divorce or contested divorce?
and
2. as the divorce law is different for different religion, the procedure and the law would change depending on your religion.

Divorce is of 2 types contested divorce and mutual consent divorce. If spouse is agreeable as well you will have to file Mutual Consent but if not consenting it would be a contested divorce. DO mention under which act you were married to build your case for divorce.
