Agar aapko mutual understanding se Talak lena hai to uske liye aapko Court mein jana padega aur Agar ladke wale stamp paper aur affidavit ke liye kah rahe hain to vah bilkul bilkul Bhi Mat Dena nahin aana Chahta sakta hai per vah Bina musical hoga Court mein jakar stamp paper Le bhi loge to bhi vah divorce valid Nahin hoga aur agar aisa Karoge ine legal hai

That is not the way to file divorce. If you want to go for an option of mutual divorce you both have to come before the honourable court as petitioners and then after appearing before the court and after giving the reason you both will be given some time to stay away from Each other. You will be asked to appear on the fixed date after a few months and then after signing the documents in the court you both will be freed from each other.
