Want to know if husband is in India


10-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband is demanding divorce since many years.. He works and stays in poland, europe. I stay in mumbai. He comes every year to stay with his parents in gujarat for a month.. But no body informs me.. He is currently in India.. Will police help me to find his location.. What legal course of action shud i take for his such behaviour . His family is supporting him to cover up. I don't want to give him divorce.. We don't have any kids..

I have perused your query. You can file petition for restitution of conjugal rights means petition for cohabitation with husband. in this petition you can send the notice on his permanent address of Gujrat and get the direction by court to serve the notice on his parents. for more details contact me.

where are you currently residing if he is not meeting you then you should file a case of restitution of conjugal rights and also u can file a case of monthly maintenance under section 125 crpc and ask maintenance and if he illtreated you then you can file a case of domestic violence against him and his family members

No need to make huge searches. You should go to court and have to file criminal application under the provisions of domestic violence Act and claim all protections provided in the above said Act. He will come and will communicate with you.
