Want to know about legal Actions regarding divorce

My wife is always make lie in the house ..and because of the women law she is making dominent on my family.. and if we ask to do things right and don't lie she said if you do things like that I will file a complaints against you like voilence and dowry however we have never anything like that.. so please suggest what will I have to do in this..

Hello you can file a complaint with police directly or through CM Window regarding the threat of false implication in DV act or dowry and you can also send legal notice to her parents regarding the matter.

First you can go to police station and giving application to SHO regarding the all acts done by your wife. If the police can not do any thing in the matter after that you can approach the court. And file a criminal complaint against your wife.
