Q: Implications after First hearing of divorce case in Gurgaon

I have filed petition for divorce. Can my wife file any criminal cases against me after the very first hearing of the case?

If you have filed divorce by mutual consent then your wife will not file any criminal case against you. But if you have file divorce in section 13(1)(i) then she filed a criminal case against you. If you want to know anything else. Then text me.

Yes you can file a divorce petition on the ground of adultery. But the main thing is that you have more evidence to prove it that your wife is in adulterous relation with another guy. The court can give you relief in Case if we prove it in the court that your wife is in adultery. Bring all evidences which proves like message chat, phone recording, videos etc.

Q: Want to know about legal Actions regarding divorce

My wife is always make lie in the house ..and because of the women law she is making dominent on my family.. and if we ask to do things right and don't lie she said if you do things like that I will file a complaints against you like voilence and dowry however we have never anything like that.. so please suggest what will I have to do in this..

First you can go to police station and giving application to SHO regarding the all acts done by your wife. If the police can not do any thing in the matter after that you can approach the court. And file a criminal complaint against your wife.

Q: Cancellation of mutation with registry

My father has three child . 2 sons and 1 daughter(me). After father suddenly death my both brother surrender my 1/4 hissa on their name with mutation with registry in 2007 . Now my both brother have 3/4 part and my mother have 1/4. How can I take my property back . Pls help me

First of all you told me, that when your brother get 3/4 share at that time you signed any paper in respect of NOC. Is they taking NOC from your part. If he does not taken NOC from your side then you can claim your share to file a civil suit before civil judge senior division. i.e, suit for declaration.
