Want to know about divorce procedure.

My husband asked me for divorce, now I have given him divorce notice before month back.
Now he is not replying over that notice.
What should I do now.
Hi you can file a divorce case against him under relavant Act and you can take divorce
for filling of divorce there are certain documents and proof will be required at the time of filling case

If he is not responding Madam to your notice. Just keep copy and acknowledgement safe and file Petition in Court. If he had not replied might be he wants to cohabit with you. Have counselling and try to find solution if you want counselling you can update me.

just file an application for divorce before the court which is having the jurisdiction of family matters to entertain you need to engage a good lawyer and make your case under cruelty or desertion but need strong proof of peice of evidence other wise you will loose your case if your husband denied to give divorce you need to be very cautious at the time of filing divorce petition and the answer is you can file divorce petition directly in the court with out your husband
