Want to give legal Notice for Divorce

we both are Hindu,and we got cross culture marriage in 2015, it's being more than 4 years she is not letting me stay happily evertime creating issues for fight, more over she has become violated also, I did not get even a single benefit from this marriage neither sexually nor family wise.I just became ATM for her. But no happiness please help me with this regard
you have only option to sent legal notice to her if she is not staying with you, you have two options one is to issue RCR and another is to send divorce notice, also it can be resolved by counceling through counciling centre. before that we have to discuss in detail.
