I got order from my home court is this order is eligible in karnataka for removing and unfreezing aacounts

Hello, where does your account belong or from which state?, I assume that the disputed account is the same account where the court has ordered to unfreeze it. If it's the same you can go for it by showing the order copy to the respected branch where they will initiate the process to unfreeze your account. Thanks

शादी 2020 में होने के बाद आपसी विचार नही मिलने के कारण 2022 में तलाक के लिए लोवर कोर्ट में केस लगाया गया परंतु सेक्शन 9 लगा कर अगस्त 2024 में केस खारिज कर दिया गया, केस खारिज करने में जज ने क्रूरता सिद्ध नहीं हो पाया यह कहकर खारिज किया है।अब मुझे क्या करना होगा जिससे तलाक़ मिल सके?

Hello, you can go for mutual divorce, although the case was filed in 2020 so you are eligible to get a mutual consent divorce between both the parties. Discuss with your advocate for further process, and make a way to process further.

Q: Divorce filing without supporting documents

Hello sir/MamI got married in 2022 in hindu rituals. My wifes behaviour is too hard. But i dont have marriage certificate, invitation card, marriage photo. Some photographs of living together. Can i apply divorce without these documents.

Hello, first of all wherever the marriage took place, I assume that through aarya samaj you tied a knot, they have records of such marriages in their register, they will provide you some details and then you can proceed further for the marriage certificate nearby your seva Kendra and if you get the certificate, then only you can proceed further for divorce but there were certain grounds for that too. Q: Want to get separated and assets owned by husband

I want divorce from my husband. We have purchased home and car after marriage and I have equally contributed in both of these assets but these assets are owned bt husband.I have bank transactions details done to his bank account for EMI. How can I claim my money in these assets? How can I force him to attend court sessions as I have heard people skip hearings in divorce cases. Also he is asking me for 30 lacs cash. Please guide

Hello, hope you are good and doing well, there were certain grounds for the process of divorce. Please answer some questions for some clarity.1. Did you take any legal action against your husband or the proceedings are pending before any court?2.Did you leave your matrimonial house or residing there only?3. Whatever the assets you own or your husband owes, it's the future part of the court proceedings, but the essential part is to provide the documentary evidence related to transactions you made from your account.4. EMI debited from your joint account or personal account?5. You cannot force your husband to join the court proceedings, if he doesn't join it will get a negative impact from his side. The court will take action in the future course of time, so don't worry about that point.5. You have an option to get the maintenance from your husband.

Actually my husband have a csc center and his unknown mistake was that,he printed false rc books of stolen vehicles..and when thief were arrested they telled my husband name for printing false rc so how can i get bail please let me know
