Q: Maintainance Amount to Daughter thru Mother living Seperate.

I am giving a monthly Maintainance Amount to Daughter thru Mother, living Seperate, vide decision under Section 125 from the Family Court.Now mother has filed a petition under Sec 127 demanding a raise.But i ve come to know that the mother is not using amount on daughter rather using for herself.Can i demand proof of expenses, like school fee receipts or medical receipts etc from the mother.Kindly Guide

Hello, Yes you can ask for proof of expenses but if your daughter attains a majority (get the age of 18) or above if she is employed then she is not eligible for a single penny from you, what's the scenario of your wife is she a working woman?, whatever the expenses she do you can ask for detail statement for it & she has to disclose the same related to expenses & it's a discretionary powers of the court to increase the maintenance amount or not. Q: Request for unfreezing of Bank Account

I am a resident of Raipur, Chhattisgarh and holding above bank account in Axis Bank, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. It is understood from my bank account has been freezed by Axis Bank on instruction from Cyber crime branch Hyderabad, Telengana. Hello Sir, hope you are doing well, if any sort of transaction of your account is made, did you get any sms regarding it? before blocking of the account. What sort of business do you do? You can request the bank for the statement of account in relation to it. Since how long is your account frozen?

Q: Afraid for my bgv verification for my IT job

Other party filed an FIR and want to sue me unless I pay for full medical expenses.I’m ready to pay and settle in first court appearance in court but I’m afraid this FIR may stop my career for any background verification because no big IT companies hire the who’s name is in the system.Just because I had the car and other party had bike and it was steep turning he rammed into me and big vehicle pays the price for his fault too.I’m so stressed for future now.

Where the FIR is lodged against you, the Police Station called you or gave you any sort of notice to appear in P.S3. What actions did you take regarding this, did you hire any advocate?4. Did police submit the final report in the court, that's the crucial part before the trial5. How much time passed about this incidentDon't worry, if the above sections are imposed on you it's bailable in nature.

Q: It is fraud if you had hide past disease which was cured 10 years ago

Hindu,I had malignant tumor in right vocal cord in 2015, after my treatment i was completely cured & i have medical letter from TATA & AIIMS hospital from BOARD of Doctors that after my treatment i am fully cured, no medical treatment is being carried out & i have no major & minor disease after 2015. I had married in Feb -23, later i had informed my wife in past i had treatment of cancer but she thinks our family had done fraud by hiding my past disease and there family wants divorce with money

Q: I m accused in cheque bounse case. Need your help

I hv taken loan from 2018-22 in parts from a person on interest through online n offline. I have given signed blank cheques to him. I hv returned all his amt along with interest infront of 5 members as he has avoided to give through bank saying that he will hv tax issues. We trusted and given to him but he has not returned my cheques and for which I hv filed a self complaint in my near by court. After knowing that he bounced my cheque n filed another case in my name in his jurisdiction.

Do you have all transaction receipts paid online to another person, or did you make any record like where you paid him or you maintain any ledger balance for the payment?4.While giving him the last due before closure, do you know the 5 persons? Where in front of them you handover the amount.5. What is the stage of the case right now, is the trial started? (for the other person who filed a case) 6. Where you filed a complaint, what's the stage of it? Whatever the loan, what's the amount?Did he send you the legal notice before filing the case u/s 138?, did you reply to the said legal notice?
