Want to get free of this forcefull Live in relationship

I am forcefully living in a live in relationship, when I say him , I don't want to live with you anymore,he threatens me of commiting suicide. He has only kept me for money, moreover I have a child from this relationship and he says he will not give my baby to me at any cost .

If you are not interested in living with the relationship then you can’t be forced by anyone and you are not duty bound to act according to him. If your situation is not favourable then you can always send him a legal notice regarding your grievances. And if you wish to go legal then you can draft a criminal complaint against him and address it to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can take help from CAW cell by filing a complaint. He can not force you to live. Also threat of suicide is very serious you should immediately take some legal recourse to prevent any bigger harm in future. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

Hi File a police complaint, file an application for custody and also file a case under DV Act, 2005 since live in partner has same sanctity as a spouse under the law. But NCR filing is very important in your case to safeguards your interest in the future. Thanks.
