Want to get free of this forcefull Live in relationship
08-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am forcefully living in a live in relationship, when I say him , I don't want to live with you anymore,he threatens me of commiting suicide. He has only kept me for money, moreover I have a child from this relationship and he says he will not give my baby to me at any cost .
If you are not interested in living with the relationship then you can’t be forced by anyone and you are not duty bound to act according to him. If your situation is not favourable then you can always send him a legal notice regarding your grievances. And if you wish to go legal then you can draft a criminal complaint against him and address it to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
