Want to get divorced as soon as possible

M a Hindu female want to get divorced from husband. We got married on 25th Feb 2019 but due to lot of issues. I want to get separated. What the procedure of filing divorce? I don't want any compensation or anything i just want to get separated. Plz advice what is the procedure

you can file divorce mutually if you both want to get divorce from each other
if your husband is against it you can file a divorce in cruelty
the divorce can only be filed after completion of one year of marriage
