Want to file divorce on the ground of dessertion

Want to file the divorce on the ground of dessertion. Wife along with dauthouter, resignding with parents for more than two years. We have a daughter of 16 years of age. How to file the contrasted divorce, she is not agreeing for mutual. Is any benefit I can got under new decions of SC or recently rules for divorce. Need guidance to move ahead for early disposal of the matter.

where you and your wife living at present. it's good to get divorce by mutual consent. if both parties are agree and settle all things. if no chance for continue the marriage then it's dissolve soon. contact us.

Dear Client, You should file divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act under section 13-A on the grounds of dessertion it will take some time, but if you want to pursue expeditiously then get High Court direction.

Under section 13 (1) under hindu marriage act 1956 either of the parties have the prerogative to file for a divorce on myriad grounds , 1 of them is desertion as you have been deserted and abundant by your wife, you can move a divorce application for the same. However, the contingency might occur with regard to the custody of your 16 years old child, which after resilient ground the u have been deserted , we shall get you or at least attempt to get you your child's custody .

yes you can file the divorce case in under section 13 Hindu merriage act and the dessertion is sufficient ground for to file divorce case. Divorce petition filled in the concern head of family court. the time for disposal of divorce in minimum 1 year.
