Want to divorce with my husband..because they harresed me mentally....

I m spending 4 yrs with my husband..but from the starting of marriage there is lots of issues..her mother can tourcher me mentally she abusing me and she talks behind my back with others about me for down my image...my husband could not call me even I m 9 mnth pregnant..he only listen her mother what ever she told her...also they leave me for one yrs to my parents house...and she told her son that u could not talk to him and him..and abusing me and my parents..and also told that she could not stay me with my husband..what I do
As per the query in law rato if u want you can file a case against them for domestic violence ,divorce, maintenance against your husband and your in laws.

First of all you have to clear it that what is your agitation? Are you want to get divorce? In that case you have to think about your baby. Let me know r you a house wife or working lady? There are two things you can do, either file divorce, or file domestic violence and they will seek for mercy, do mutual and take alimony and finish it off, i feel you have a child to take care, so think accordingly before you do divorce, dont leave without being well compensated
