hi
alimony is different from maintenance.
if you are a working woman , you will not be entitled to claim maintenance for self provided your income is sufficient to maintain yourself.
however you can claim maintenance for your child.
now coming to alimony, alimony is a compensation for sufferings endured by you. so you are entitled for alimony despite you being a working woman

yes you will get alimony you have to file a case in court stating that you are not happy with the marriage you want divorce and separation from your husband you will even get monthly maintenance you can even put them behind the bars for torturing you and letting you not share any of your expenses

Hello
This is Anoop Thakur Advocate
Yes you can get alimony and also interim maintenance till final alimony. It's a Supreme Court judgment which clearly says working women can be compensated.....
And also you can file other cases against all.
Thank you
