Want to appeal against family court judgement

27-Feb-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I was fighting a matrimonial case at thane court. I am not satisfied with the judgement as the opponent has withhold material evidences and documents, and material facts all to get judgement in their favour. Need guidance about how to go ahead with the appeal.

Well, you can file an Appeal in the concerned High Court, if you are not satisfied with the Order and Judgement of the Family Court within a prescribed limitation period as mentioned in the Limitation Act, 1963.
