Want mutual consent divorce instead of khula by sharia law

I had been married 3 years ago by a Muslim ritual in hyderabad but now my wife asking khula(separation). She wanted me to do this in hyderabad but I am willing here in Allahabad using court procedure but not the sharia law. Is this possible?
