We want file divorce mutually from Dwarka court Delhi as soon as possible even tomorrow if possible.

Yes, if both the parties are ready then we can move to the court for mutual divorce. It will require 4 steps to execute the same. And I have granted mutual divorce to one couple during lockdown as well. Please feel free to get in touch for further assistance

hello client hru as i can see ur issue its really very urgent seems to be yes we can help you tht is not the issue but at the moment things will take little bit if time . as per the shedule things need to be get filled in the court as the lockdown and corona going on . we nees to discuss the things first then i can say. what i am able to do.

due to corona pandemic court is nt working. as u want to file mutual divorce. u can file after 15 the of July. both of u ve separated 1 yrs to file mutual divorce . before taking mutual divorce u also ve to decide about alumni. if u r agree to decide take mutual divorce Without giving/taking aluminium. u can file. but u ve to sign mou
