Want divorce with proper alimony from husband having a girl child..

We married at Bihar. Last live together in Kolkata. Now husband in Hyderabad and me in Delhi. So I want to know can i send notice from noida? And can i file from noida? And please tell me the difference of expenditure..i want divorce with proper alimony.
You can file divorce from anywhere in India but there are things which has to be considered where it's registered or where is your home town n many more things, is your baby with you only alimony can be decided through mediation also have you filed any complaint prior from how many years you are living separately for further details do contact us.

yes you can file from noida or from any place where you are residing.
The claim of either spouse (though, in the vast majority of cases, it is the wife), however, depends on the husband having sufficient means.
