Want Divorce procedure against wife

We married in Nov 2013. She is not working but well qualified m.com and MA in music.we have one daughter 2 year old from starting her nature is very rude for me but now it's worst. What is the procedure for applying divorce and what deficulty I will face for this.she is not ready for family counseling also.what evidence I have collect.
You can apply both mutual diviorce in family court otherwise contested diviorce petition you have to file then she Will objects better then court will allow meditation then both can go consulening in family court this very good proceedings
