Want divorce as my wife has staying outside with some other boy

Sir, I have got married on 03.05.3017 in certified Hindu temple and the same was not registered with registration office.both are employees in postal Dept.One month before she went away from me due to past relation with some other guy and staying outside.she told that he is block mailing her with recorded proofs.we want to get divorce .Kindly suggest the procedure
If that girl is not interested to lead marital life, you can directly file the divorce case against her with the same reasons and you can get the divorce from the court and also can file a cheating case against her and his parents

If you have wedding photographs and record of your marriage held in a temple , you can file for divorce on the grounds of adultery.
Since your marriage was performed 03-05-2017, you cannot claim desertion till 03-05-2018.
Additionally, if you have details of the lady living with other person, you can file a 497 Cr.p.c case against the person(male member)and have him prosecuted for adultery.

If you want to get divorce from your wife, you have to complete 1 year of your marriage. Wait till March, 2018 and then file for mutual consent divorce(MCD) if your wife is willing for the same or else, file contested divorce petition in the family court under whose jurisdiction your marriage was solemnized or you both have last resided together.
