divorce us of two types mutual divorce and contested divorce mutual divorce takes 6 months and contested divorce may take a long period okk you want to file for alimony too what is your jurisdiction...

you need to first understand thoroughly how the judiciary works just by filing a case and then suffering is not a reasonable choice, any one will ask you to file multiple case for their own interest but ultimately your relief and betterment of minor children is more, dont take decision in rush

That time you can claim alimony from your husband but this quiet lengthy process. 2) So, you file a mat suit in a Civil court and file a 125 cr.p.c for maintenance in a criminal court . your husband bound to pay monthly expenses . if he failed any month payment than a warrenty will be raise against your husband .This is the quickest way to solve your problem.
