Due to my husband's physical problems, his family threatened to kill me and asked me to divorce him, but I did not agree. Beat me for it .

Q: Builder wants to cancel my flat

I have booked a flat and sale deed registered paid 30% without loan but due to pandemic and unemployment can't pay rest of the demand so. They send letter as final cancellation letter but due to covid cannot communicate with the builder. nIt's been more than 1 yr I have not paid any amount but now I am back to work and getting loan approval for the same flat and ready to pay or rest of balance amount due. nThe flat is still not yet ready the handover date has been extended The number of towers in the complex has been reduced from 7 to 6 which was planned 7 while boking.The builder is now not willing to sale the flat to me forcing me to move to court. nPlease advise.

Q: Registration of property in the absence of developer

Hello, I bought a flat of 600 sqft in Baranagar area in Kolkata in 2016 but couldn't do the registration of the property. Now the developer of the property has fled (he was accused in some illegal cases) a year ago. Now I am willing to do the registration process of the property. How can I do it now?
