you have to file divorce case a language demand of the custody of your child but no husband simply admit your demand and allow you an alumini so you should first move maintenance application of CrPC 125 and domestic violence Act maintenance it will support your case and family the other party will bond to accept your demand . apart you can also file a dowry case with severe allegations.
