Void Marriage.....is it possible in this case???

I married last year in march 2022...then my wife went for PAGFERA rashm...and after that she never come back...I went many times to take her back but she denied all the time ...and now she filled maintenance case....is there any way to void this marriage....cause we never lived together as a husband and wife.

You can always file a petition under section 9 HMA to call your wife back and join your matrimonial life. And if you don’t want to live with her anymore then file for divorce under cruelty grounds. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Dear clinet You can file a case for divorce under the grounds of Dissersion or you may file a case for restitution of conjugal rights. These are prima facie your remedies at the moment. You will also need to defend the maintenance case against you. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further.

You need to hire expert advocate in this regard And no matter even if there is no relations still u need to get divorce via court ! This type of marriage doesn’t come under void category! Kindly b in touch

A wife can't claim maintenance from her husband when she has left the matrimonial home of her own will. You file for restitution of conjugal rights under 9 of the Hindu marriage act. The court will put both the party under the mediation.
