My wife is black mailing me with voice call recording of my mobile can it be evidence to prove external affair with other woman. I am serving in army as subidar Now I am mentally distribed please help me

Yes it will be consider as evidence in the case if she wants to proud e before the Court for the evidence to prove the fact of her case. if have in relation, please stop it further, and convince her you will not be in relation with any other girl. you are married person just keep in mind, if you continue that type of relation, the Hon'ble Court will take own course of the law.

normally it is bit hard to prove voice call recording as anyone can talk like any person, further there is a special procedure for proving electronic evidence and it has to be proved under section 65 B of evidence act you can dispute that it is not your voice and for proving that the mobile has to preserved. hence the case depends on 65 B of evidence act.
