Visitation right for the Father of 2 year old son

I have been married for 5 years and have 2 year old son. My wife went to her home and is not letting me meet the son. Can I file for visitation right without filing divorce and RCR petition. Under which Act, Section and court, do i need to file for visitation right.

Dear Client, Based on your question, As your son is 2 years old then you have a visitation right until your son crossed 5 years of age. After 5 years the physical custody will be decided by the court. Hope this answer helps you for details discussion feel free to contact us.

As father of the child you have observe the right of vegetation of your son and you do not have to file for divorce to get vegetation rights. you will need assistance of a advocate and he/ she will take care of the section provision of Law.
