Validity of emotional chat with a girl in 498A

My wife has filed 498A against me, with emotional chats with another girl. The girl in the chat has send some emoticons showing love and I've replied saying 'muaah'. There was no physical relationship ever. No dowry was asked for, no physical or mental abuse was there. 498A was filed after I filed for divorce. Will I be convicted in 498A? Please help.

I think you have a lawyer who filed your divorce case so you can do one thing take a consultation with him and he can advise you better because he knows under which grounds you have filled divorce case

Well, you can get convicted under Sec 498A of IPC or not or under the new Section of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita which has replaced Sec 498A of IPC, 1860, depends upon several facts and circumstances, in order to assess which, I would like to read FIR first. Hence, share the FIR, so that, after going through its contents, I can render legal advice to you.

Dear client, based on your question As you mentioned you had chat with another and had no further relations as u specified, and there is prima facie case of Section 498A .
