Validity of divorce papers through Islamic court and stamp papers

Husband sent divorce papers through Islamic court n stamp papers with two witnesses it’s talaq bayani means 1 talaq in one month with iddat amount and meher amount my question is if the papers has come from court so is it final decision or any chance of patch up?
