Using Sim and social media accounts when divorce is ongoing

He has taken a duplicate Sim of my number which I stopped using 2 months ago. He has started using what's, telegram and other social media in same number in my name. He even started Facebook, Instagram account and has posted both of our old pictures in it. He sends friend request to people who are know to me in my name. Now we have filed mutual consent divorce. But still he uses that number. And when my colleagues or friends tried to make a call or msg. He says she is not avaliable. We have repeatedly informed him about it. He doesn't care and still uses to defame me. He says as he is the husband e has got right use it and their no law against him as he is legally married.. What should I do. Please help me
hello one way is you can go to the telecom company whose sim you are using and close the phone number other way is you can file a complaint in women police station that you and your husband have filed a mutual divorce petition and he is misusing your mobile sim and not returning the same, I hope in mutual divorce petition you must have mentioned a condition that both of you will return the items in each other possession.

you can contact to the telecom company where you can submit your issue and no one can use your phone number on your identity without your consent. it doesn't matter he is your husband or brother or any relative.

What your husband is doing is legally incorrect and he can be charged for committing offences under law.
Foremost, file a written complaint with the cyber cell and also call up/write an email from the registered email id to the telecom operator for discontinuing the services on this no and till your further instructions.
If you both are going in for mutual divorce, him not getting in touch in future with anyone known to you/family & friends can also be a part of the settlement agreement and he must abide by the terms of settlement, violation of which can be reported to the court.
